well i made it through the first week!!!! it was long and tough..for sure..but the people at my store are really helpful and welcoming. even though i am just a squirt coming in and starting my training as a manager everyone seems to understand that i don't know everything and are more than willing to explain to me how to do something or where to find something.
adjusting to working 45 hours a week...well thats quite interesting..two mornings i had to get up at 3am to leave for work by four to open at five..that was early..but atleast early morning traffic is WAY better than the alternative...starting at 8 and leaving at 5...talk about some bad traffic to battle on my way to work. it takes me an hour to get there and home when i work 8-5 but it only takes me a half hour to get there when i go or leave on off times. traffic sucks..but being in my amazing car makes it a little better..
ok well thats my short update...getting used to it...its a challenge but a good one...i think.
