adjustments

well i have been in my new aparment/aaron's apartment for a few weeks now and i think i am finally getting used to it...and finally unpacked. it's been challenging fitting all my stuff into an apartment that was already full of stuff, but with giving a lot to Goodwill (on both of our parts) and a lot of patience (also on both our parts) the apartment is livable.
i spent the majority of my days of this week cleaning up the problem spots and hanging up all the random wall decorations we had just sitting by where they had to go up. one or two more trips down to our storage area downstairs and the apartment should be pretty set.
of course the random stuff that ends up on the floor and out of place on an everyday basis will still drive me nuts..but hey...thats life...especially life with boy...boys are dirty...lol.
i am still glad i moved here...it certainly is a learning process but its nice to actually see Aaron everyday and not have to drive 4 hrs every weekend so we can be together.
although i have adjusted well with the changes in the last few weeks....in the back of my mind i am still nervous because i still have to start work..which brings a whole new adjustment..
i guess the good thing is the new things are coming in stages...so i have time to take it all in and figure it all out.
now..if i could only stop worrying about gas prices...
