i got her from the genesee county humane society. she is around 8 weeks and a tiny little thing. she is already doing great in the apartment although a little shy at times. she has little feet that look like mittens because she has extra toes..i already love having her around..and i know aaron secretly loves her too, although he claims he doesn't...

I can only assume Aaron had nothing to do with the naming of the cat.
well you see...he told me he wanted nothing to do with the kitty and that i could get a kitty but it would be mine...not his..so...i named it...and now he insists on giving it a middle name "achbar" but since he wanted nothing to do with the kitty...her name is as it originally was.
akbar. It's name is Akbar (i use it as a gender neutral name due to the upcoming "cutting" that is going to occur).
How adorable! Hope the kitty is still being wonderful and keeping you company over there on the east side of the state. :)
